Growing up.

Cameron is nineteen months old. Insert parenting cliché about time flying. I could kiss her marshmallow cheeks forever. Sunday we were fortunate enough to get a half day of family time before my husband entered finals week. I switched my camera from manual to aperture priority, handed it over to my husband, and grubbed my munchkin.

The best thing about a picture is that it never changes, even when the people in it do – Andy Warhol

We got a keeper. This is how we look most of the time. Huge smiles and crazy snuggles. I don’t think it’s possible to forget but just in case this is our reminder.

If something should ever happen to me this is proof that I was there, we smiled constantly, and I loved my kids like crazy.

  1. What a sweet pic, Veronica. Thanks for the reminder. I think the last time I was in a picture was Christmas!

  2. Gorgeous. Though I have to say, I thought it was your sister at first 😉

Love to you and those marshmallow cheeks!

  3. Very sweet pic! But are you seriously wearing giant puffy winter coats at this of the year?! I love the Northeast but clearly, I could never live there.
