the best winter.
I have no complaints about this year’s Winter. It’s been lovely in Ithaca. After spending a few years in Northern Vermont this weather is a blessing. The kids and I take full advantage of the unseasonably warm weather and play outside for hours.
We’ve gotten lucky this week. Today marks the third day of wonderfully high temperatures.
The shot below is of my son Preston at the end of a fun afternoon spent outdoors running under the sun. It was warm, golden, hazy, and perfect. This shot captures the day well.
It is my entry in this week’s Poetic Winter Photography Challenge.
