I was super excited to attend the Walmart Ice Cream Social last month but unfortunately there was a miscommunication and the event was not held at the nearby store. I was slightly bummed but did not let it deter me from going on an ice cream shopping spree.

The selection was great. Walmart has a lot to offer and provided me plenty to choose from. I decided to go with the Edy's Slow Churned Butter Pecan since I am watching my weight. No reason why I can't indulge reasonably. It is summer after all.

I drizzled a little Nesquik syrup on the butter pecan ice cream and shared it with P. We had our very own little ice cream social in the privacy of our own home. Walmart does host cool events frequently in their stores so make sure to check their website to see if there are any upcoming events near you.
