VH1's Love & Hip Hop

I know. I know. This show is garbage but it is hilarious garbage. The show follows the lives of Chrissy: rapper Jim Jones' girlfriend, Olivia: former G-Unit member trying to make it as a solo artist, Mashonda: singer & ex-wife to Swizz Beatz, Emily: rapper Fabolous' "secret" girlfriend & clothing stylist to the stars, and Somaya: aspiring rapper/video model type.

I do not get many opportunities to watch television so when I do I like to try to make sure that whatever I am watching is trashy, hilarious, and short.

This show manages to pack all sorts of tomfoolery into thirty minutes. There are ridiculous rapper beefs, insane (potential crackhead) mother in-laws, a 'reverse' marriage proposal (which I think is great. It is 2011 for goodness sake!), and much more hip hoppy mayhem. I suggest you check it out.

After Nine to Five Etsy Shop

I really like Ashley a lot. Her blog is  fresh, creative, and very inspiring. She  quit her job in 2010 to become her own  boss (inspiring) and is a newlywed who  purchased her beautiful wedding dress  for $25 dollars (creative)!

She owns an Etsy shop as well and I am  loving her camera necklace. It is the  perfect gift for all the photography  lovers out there. So unique and so  adorable.

 

 

 

 

Ice Cream Maker

 

My sister bought me one of these bad boys as an early Mother's Day gift. I LOVE it. I have already made Vanilla Bean ice cream with a Nutella swirl. I am totally in love.

There are so many recipes that I am dying to try and share. I also have several ideas for some fun flavor experiments.

I cannot wait to play with this machine all summer long.
