Kmart Playdate Place Play Date & Gift Card Giveaway
As I mentioned previously I was fortunate enough to be selected as a Kmart Playdate Place showcase blogger. I cannot even begin to tell you how wide Pweezy's eyes were upon the toys' arrival. My shopping experience was fantastic. I loved that the Playdate Place website featured toys individually and in depth.
It allowed me to make an informed decision prior to making my selection. The absolute last thing I need in my life is a toy that won't function properly or that will be tossed aside by the kids quickly. Space is limited and I wanted to make sure these toys would last and entertain the kids for as long as possible. I am a bit of a nerd and need to research everything.
I searched for toys that appealed to both children and would entertain their friends during a play date. This Little Tikes Get Out 'N' Grill Backyard Barbecue was so cool. I loved that both kids could use the grill either indoors or outside.
They both cannot get enough of it. It was a fantastic choice. Searching for toys on the website is easy and the prices Kmart offers are either competitive or lower than similar stores. I am a huge fan of online shopping because the thought of heading out to the store with two children that never stop moving makes me break out in hives. True story.
I had a playdate planned for Friday. Monique of RazingMayhem brought her adorable three-year old Mercutio and eight month old Severus over. They were beyond cute. I cannot even begin to tell you how well-behaved and sweet they are. It was so delightful. I definitely did my shopping with her kids in mind as well.
My online shopping experience with Kmart was positive. The site was easy to navigate, shipping was free, delivery was prompt, the children loved their toys, and Kmart's Playdate Place site already has me planning for our next play date. The pictures speak for themselves. The kids had so much fun that they actually went to bed at a reasonable hour. That hasn't happened since we left Vermont (Cry for me a little. Please.)
